Mit seinen soliden und festen Beats legt er die Basis f\u00fcr einen fundierten Groove in der Musik. Bernd ist kein unbeschriebenes Blatt. Als Schlagzeuger des Landesjugendorchesters NRW genoss er an der Musikhochschule K\u00f6ln in der Zeit von 1975 bis 1980 eine klassische Ausbildung an seinem Instrument. Er war Mitbegr\u00fcnder der Bands &#8222;Figo&#8220; (1982) und &#8222;Cloud 9&#8220; (1990).
